Return Policy Guidelines:

Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee all of our products. If, for some reason you need to return a product, please follow the instructions below.

Call 510-612-6869 to receive a return merchandise authorization number. You are responsible for the shipping costs for all returned products, including warranty pumps. Up to 30 days of original receipt, a full refund is available if the product is in re-sellable condition. This includes original packaging material, manuals and all other accessories provided by us or the manufacturer. Any product held over 30 days is non-refundable. There is a 15% restocking charge for return items. Please call us if you need additional information or have any questions regarding our products or return policy.

Note: There are no refunds on Special Order items.

Warranty:

All items, especially pumps, will be put through a series of quality assurance test. Credit will only be issued for items that are deemed unusable and within warranty.

Damaged Shipments:

Please inspect every shipment before signing your delivery receipt. Signed deliver receipts are proof that your shipment has arrived complete and without damage. You may refuse your shipment if it has been damaged in transit without penalty. Claims will not be paid if the delivery receipt is signed.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled, with no additional fees prior to shipping. Shipping for most orders occurs within 24 hours. Cancellations must be made by calling 1-866-766-3234. If your order has been shipped prior to the cancellation, please follow the Return Policy guidelines listed above.
